Awesome character piece. I loved how you portrayed Katherine, as well as her relationship to everyone in the piece. Her jealousy and resentment of Elena spot on, her love of Stefan was still heart-breaking, her continued awe and devotion to Elijah was so intriguing, and I loved the scene with Jeremy.

I especially adored her understanding of Damon, particularly these lines:

"That won't be enough for Damon, who, when she really looks at him?, hasn't changed a bit."
"And Katherine, suddenly finding herself incapable of lying to him when he's looking so vulnerable, gives it:
It's always been Stefan."

It's such a poignant read of this moment between them. Overall, beautiful
