So I love this fic to little itty bitty pieces. It's SO awesome. I completely adore your descriptions of Jo in the beginning - they're so very Jo-like and the way you word it and just..it's so right and it just fits and it sounds very cool. When Ellen comes to talk to her - so good. I can just hear Ellen saying that to her and it really makes you see what a good mother she is and I love it. Especially that line about Jo never being able to get her hands clean. ASH! Aw Ash. And the El Camino, I love that little detail, and aww Ash! I love that they rebuild the roadhouse - frak you Kripke for burning it down in the first place. And her conversation with Dean is so perfect - just the barest hint that there's something goin on with them, and the conversation seems so easy between them and it's written s'darn gooood. The last section of this..with Jo crying and everyone she's crying FOR breaks my heart - especially that line about Sam disappearing right along with Dean because that's just SO true.
And Jo knows that if the world ever did end, she’d want to be right beside her mama when it happened.
Annnd that's the part where I start to cry! Hahaha. I love that the end of this just seems so hopefull and that things are right even after so many things have gone wrong and just. Wow. SO good. I'm adding this to my memories to keep forever and ever and read on rainy days! :)
