Mortified!
I found this website today. GetMortified.com and it's a project that some guy started to collect embarrassing things from people's youth. Journal entries, stories, etc.
I think they did it as a stage show first and then there was a book? Anyway, it's hilarious. There are some videos up here: The Mortified Shoe Box Show. My favorites are I Hate Drake and Everybody's A Critic.

Mysteries of Making Out is pretty funny as well. "She wants it. I want to give it to her. But what is it?"
