What's up, Blondie?
You might have noticed something was afoot when I changed my banner. I'm working on a set of Spielberg inspired icons. I swear I am not going to change my header every time I make a new batch of icons! (She says... this week!) I'm starting to get really picky with my icons. It annoys me when a batch of screencaps don't work for me. I think I'm just having issues because In addition to Jurassic Park, I'm doing E.T. and The Goonies. Both are older flicks, hence the less superior quality of the screencaps.
I've been working at a new job for about two and a half weeks. It's a gym and I really like that atmosphere. Plus, I get to work out while I am there so I get to kill two birds with one stone. The thing that gets me is the plethora of uncoordinated people in the world. And here I thought I was a klutz! What the hell? How do these people not accidentally kill an innocent person (or two) each day? I just imagine them driving home on the left side, accidentally stabbing people while running with scissors and all manner of bloody endings. They should be required to walk around with giant warning signs around their necks that say: BEWARE: TRAINWRECK WALKING! The public has a right to know.
Anyway, to kill some time, here's one more YouTube.com recommendation:
Brookers: If you've been to YouTube at all, you've no doubt heard of this chick named Brookers, aka Brooke Brodack. She's 20 and from the Boston area and she's hilarious and crazy in all the ways that spell G-O-O-D. (They also spell N-U-T-C-A-S-E, but we like it!) I discovered her a couple of months ago and shortly thereafter, so did Carson Daly. No joke. A genuine YouTube celebrity, signed sealed and delivered (sometime next year) to TV screens across America - or so we're expecting. Anyway, she became really popular after doing her own spoof of the Numa-Numa fan video. Hers is aptly titled CRAZED NUMA FAN!!!! My favorite of her clips are My United States of Whateva!, Brooker's News & Chips. I would also recommend watching Everything Changes which is her video announcing that she got signed by Carson. The reason I suggest that is because A) It encorporates a lot of cute clips from all of her videos and B) It shows her as a person and not just the goofy girl making videos, which I like.
