See, now that you mention that about the dream, it makes me want to write some angsty sequel to this. Where it comes true (sorta). I would try to give it a happy ending though. ;) Promise. But to clarify, that was more or less a manifestations of Caroline's fears of being alone coupled with her subconscious telling her (what Stefan later tells her) about how it's time to leave Mystic Falls. I didn't intend for it to be foreshadowy!
