Argh that really sucks. I know it took a few weeks at best for my claim to get accepted. I could go back and look to see exactly how long it was. But it did seem like an excruciatingly long wait. When did you request over there? I'm sure she'll accept your claim eventually. She's just... unbearably slow. Haha.
