You've probably seen the post by now, but my halfway there post on the first 50 films of 2012 I watched has my top recs. I think you would really like Bride Flight, Absurdistan, and Le nom des gens, as well as These Amazing Shadows and maybe Bill Cunningham New York. All of those are available on Netflix.
