Dude, this is sweet. I am kinda indifferent of Jo, but you fleshed her out but good here and make her interesting, like bone-deep. You outlined a beautiful arc, having her grow up and come into herself proper in a way that is real and touching.

For something so poignant, this fic is written in an almost unsentimental manner.
