Excuse my language, but it was necessary to convey my feelings about this video!

Just ... wow!

It really blew my mind.

The saturation was AMAZING, first of all. It was so intense and alive that it depicted the intent of the video right away.

The scenes you chose were FANTASTIC. They went along *perfectly* with the lyrics. I love how it was a mix of literal interpretation ("put your lights on" - Kate and the headlights of the car) and methaphorical interpretation (Sawyer and his daughter's picture, for example). The beat use was great too for a song that it's not very powerful, but not very rock-y.

This vid had it all, KC. It was rauchy, sinful, and profound all in one. Plus, those Jack/nameless chick scenes were insanely sexy. *drools*

Re: The Saturation. I dunno what you're using to vid these days, but I just recently started using Vegas, and I don't use much of the fancy effects as you can probably tell, but I have been using different curves layers and contrast/brightness to get different effects. Like with this one I think that it was bright but it had a bit of a bluish/pinkish tone to it in some of the colors. I liked that so I kept it. Haha. Glad you liked it.

Ahaha, true. You never cease to call me on my shit. I'm having trouble getting back into the swing of academia. I am always in this state where I have like ten balls up in the air at once, and inevitably some things (or seven things) are not going to get done. Ever. Probably not best to do that while the semester is in. But I'm still in denial about that. To my credit I had this video started (ten seconds!) before school was in. I told myself I'd only work on it on weekends and when my homework was done. Ptsh! I fail.
