gigglemonster, a tribute to tamsin, my second favorite lost girl character (first is the kenz)gigglemonster and I decided to do another song exchange today. My idea, since I had a snow day and just about everything I was going to do today was canceled. The drill is, we each pick and cut various music for each other into ~30-45 second song clips, and then we each make a vid of our choosing with one of the other's song choices. We do it to experiment and get creative (and to challenge ourselves to see if we can vid songs we didn't pick!) Here are my results:gigglemonster. She picks the songs, I make a minivid. It's how we do. Also, these two are perfection and very much in love. (Maybe?)

To be honest, half the fun of these is the suspense of wondering what song clip I sent her she's gonna use and what fandom she'll use it with. Full disclosure: I have never guessed. Oh, also, if you don't know, the movie is Take This Waltz directed by Sarah Polley and I highly highly recommend it.gigglemonster tonight. Made two "companion" vidlets for the movie Uncertainty. I've actually always wanted to vid this movie and I still might make a full length vid for it one day, but for now this was fun!

We both decided to pick source footage that we had little to no "emotional attachment" to, in order to make the process as painless as possible.
