→ There really should be an easier way to edit your memories. Like, if I have forty-thousand memories in a particular category, I should just be able to, gee, I dunno, RENAME THAT CATEGORY, rather than having to do it forty-thousand times. Fuck. I even looked up admin console commands. Shake-uh, Shake-uh, livejournal!

I don't mem my own entries, actually. Fics, vids, meta, anything I may or may not wanna find again. The links and categories were all organized nicely but I wanted to make them uniform. Which, hey that's my fault for being so organized? LOL.

God, I hate the memories feature. I've started using del.ic.ious instead, it's easier and I love the firefox add-on. XD

Never really got the hang of del.ic.ious for some reason. I don't usually have problems with the memories except when I'm trying to re-name stuff. Now that I've done all that grunt work everything will be fine again...

Until the next time I want to rename things. LOL.

I use LJ memories very seldom, since I'd started using delicious before I got an LJ and the memories function just seemed clunky in comparison.

How the hell else could I manage 1425 items? :O

Not that it helps with the renaming, but if you ever have a hankering to get rid of a whole category at once, you can do it with that nifty add-on to the URL.
