→ The internet is an interesting place for shopping. Now that is one clever little alarm clock. I have a twin-bell, and if I didn't love it so much, I would definitely consider Clocky.

→ However, I am getting a new lunch box! I'm also getting one of those cool black construction ones with the thermos in the lid! But it's less attractive than the stripey one. It's all a part of my "pack lunches more often because it's cheaper and healthier" plan. If I have cool lunch boxes in which to do so, this will help. I like the metal ones. I used to love that site. I got the weirdest lunchbox there once. I carried my lunch in it today. Check it out:

Cell phone pictures, blargh! It's much brighter yellow than that. They also used to have one that said something like "The Enemy is Syphilis!" I wanted it so bad but it looks like they no longer have it. Not sure how work-appropriate said lunchbox would be, however.

→ I vowed to give up sodas yesterday and now I am sitting here drinking a Dr. Pepper. Willpower, why has thou forsaken me? I swear this is the last one ever. *nods* I'm very serious! (ETA: Dr. Pepper in the pictures above is not the Dr. Pepper in question!)

→ I just read at galactica sitrep that principal shooting ends today for Battlestar. I'll be honest, the whole idea of it makes me sad. But, I know it's going to be fantastic. And even though we as an audience won't see the end of it for probably nine months, there's a weird sense of finality to reading something like that. Even though I know there's a TV Movie coming up. It's like that picture Ron posted of the empty CIC during the strike. It really will be empty after today. WOE.

I've seen that alarm clock, so funny. Cute lunchboxes :) I love them, they're so randomly quirky. When I was little I got sick and couldn't drink soda, so I naturally just drink water and coffee now, but every once in a while I crave soda and go overboard. I'm trying to stop again now ;)

They really do. I never much cared for them as a kid. Could have done well with a brown sack but of course I always lost them too.

They have a ton at that site. Lots of nifty metal ones. I wonder how all my friends and family would feel if they all got lunchboxes this christmas? LOL.

I found that alarm clock because was looking for a furry alarm clock for some reason. barefoot_chick told me she had a furry alarm clock and I thought she meant an actual alarm clock that was furry! But she was talking about her cat, Liam. I haven't had any luck in finding an ACTUAL furry alarm clock. Hahaha.

Yeah I think that's what happens to me too. You just go overboard. I'm definitely trying to cut back a lot. Ideally, I don't want to drink any. But I may have to wean myself off the soda first.

i kind of wish i had someplace to go now, so that i'd have a reason to buy a lunchbox because yours are too cool! i mean not only can you keep your lunch in it, but it's also a bug killer and a perfume! Score!
