I'm currently working on a fic for Dayl. It's a prequel to Throwaways and Tourniquets and she asked me so I'm doing it cause I love her to itty bitty bits!

Anyway, I'm nearing the end of this quest, which is really a challenge for me actually, and I guess I'm getting lazy because I've been working on this artwork all evening instead of writing. Yay for distractions!

I'm probably going to make some walls and maybe some headers with this later, but for now here's a general non-fancified look at what I've done. I suppose it sort of falls into the category of manip but not in the traditional sense. I'm not sure how I feel about it, actually. But hey, it's an experiment right? Any concrit you may have is welcome.

Haha! Well so far neither are progressing. I helped my brother move in to his new house yesterday, which was exhausting, and pretty much zapped all thoughts of Jawyercita right out of the old noggin. All that wholesomeness and swimming pools and little kids. I swear it was like an Amish barn raising. Everybody in town was there to help them move. Haha.

Anyway, this fic is murdering me, even though I want to write it more than anything. ANYTHING. So it'll get done. It's just. There's a transition that I'm avoiding. I suppose once I get past it, the words will flow and it will be a quick finish. (Maybe.) But until then, I just keep revising what I have so far. Haha. Fic writing is fun! Innit?

I know what you mean with the fic thing though. I should be able to finish mine but I'm avoiding it. It's like three paragraphs away...and I'm kind of stuck, because I don't know how to handle it. Hopefully you get past your plateau.

Very cool semi-manip! I especially love how Jack looks. And what you did with Sawyer and Claire's hands ... awesome! Claire's dress gets kinda blurry towards the bottom, though.

Yeah, that's pretty much my entire beef with it. I thought of maybe finding ANOTHER dress and blending it, but I didn't think of that until AFTER of course haha. The photo of Emilie is cut off just after her hand, so I had to create all the rest. Haha. So yeah, not my forte, but it was an interesting experiment.

Hey at least it's something. My grand venture at the moment is organizing my entire music collection. So at least one of us is getting fic done, and contributing to the conversion of many more Jawyercita fans :)
