I'm so glad you expanded on the moment Holder shot Jamie. It was a very powerful moment for Linden and Holder and I'm hoping they'll go back to it in S.03. Jamie pointed that gun at Linden and Holder wasn't having none of that shit. Yeah, he's a cop and yeah she's his partner but it was more than that. It was a deep protective instinct he's developed for her. I hope we get to see them watching tv on the couch together or something like that. I really liked that scene. This whole fic was well done.
