My boss, whom I have very little direct contact with usually, and I spent several hours together the other day and for so. much. of it she fair FLAILED about that infernal book. And our relationship is NOT one where I could tell her what I REALLY thought and so, instead, I sat there and nodded my head when I felt it was necessary and quietly demured that I would "have to check it out."
NO CHANCE. And for so. very. many reasons...
I got home and spent most of the evening RAGING about it to my mother! (without the "I've written better porn..." part, but only just!)
I've not heard of the book you're actually reccing in this post, but you can rest assured when I say "I'll have to check it out..." this time, I actually mean it!
