Why do I always ship the wrong things?

Seriously. This is a legit question. Also, Teen Wolf flisties, does anybody write Allison/Jackson? I checked AO3 and the tags aren't working so I gave up looking there but it didn't seem like there was anything to be had anyway. I haven't looked at LJ or anywhere else yet. I'm not that far in, but I basically ship it like burning.
