I mean my reaction post, not the show. (Cause that was awesome!!!!) I just don't have the energy to post a big long review right now. I went over to barefoot_chick's place to watch it tonight. I think, much like cynthia_arrow, it was weird watching it with other people. I couldn't fully process my squee. I'll have to re-watch it by myself like four times first. Hahaha.

→ Baltar's harem? Toss up. His prayer's for the boy? Genuine. The bathroom scene? Awesome! (It's the dude from Collaborators!) I loved this part. And the chick? Dude! She totally went Vampire Slayer on those guys! Sweet! (Does she have a name?)

Also, Boomer just happening to come by Chief/Sam and say 'Who else would he be?' COME ON, SHARON! Only scene in the ep, too, I think, which is curious...

You have a point about Laura's character, too. I did think she was extra bitchy in this one, but they did shoot her baby daddy at the beginning so there's an excuse for some of it ;) I am now beginning to worry about her character... thanks.

Oh and I would have KILLED for a tiny itty bitty chuckle or smirk from Sam when Kara said she'd shoot him between the eyes if he was a cylon :p

Hmmm I wonder if Sharon will be the first to catch on to them as four of the final five. And while we're discussing Sharon, why wouldn't someone have talked to her about what she knows about the final five? I mean, if the cylons are programmed without knowledge of who they are, wouldn't they know that by talking to her about it? *shakes head* Sharon needs more screentime dangit! (Though I suppose I can't have everything! Or this show would be 2 hours every week. Not that that would be a bad thing!)

OMG, Anders/Tyrol, FTW! I have got to go calling small, docile plot bunnies for the Chief providing some grounding for that crazyass, frakked-up boy! I don't think I fully appreciated the relationship, even the canon friendship, back when it came up in the New Caprica story arc, but now looking back, I think it's perfect, and I think they're perfect for dealing with this Cylon mess together. :)

I'm STILL working on my Sam/Helo, too. I can't get Sam to stop being so thinky about everything. Seeing him in canon helps reinforce to me what I know but sometimes lose track of: he's a doer, not a thinker.

And I'm going to have to completely rewrite the sex. Completely. And I don't know how! I still don't know who's topping! *flails*

Or if there should even be sex! Maybe just UST! Gods.

Good to have the show back.. Squee!!! at about everything you listed. Great observations about continuity with collaborators. Did they chage the actor playing Connor though? He looked so different (I'm not good with faces).

Poor Sam... I guess now he knows he shouldn't share his little secret with his wife.

Yay!!!! for Lee not giving a frak is Starbuck's a cylon or not. He's going to love her anyway. It's a big step from the guy that came up with the cylon genocide plan. And yes, he looked great in civilian clothes.

I don't think she'll kill Sam but for sure she's not going to take it well if she learns what he is.

Connor is the guy that tried to kill Baltar and lost his 7-year old son Kevin on New Caprica. He was also part of the 'Circle' in Collaborators.

It was a pretty solid premiere, with a lot of pretty moments. As you mentioned Lee/Sweater was a great image. I'm with you on the more Chief please. I'm not sure where they are taking Roslin's characters either but I'm glad they took her by Adama's quarters for a while!

I had to re-watch. (When I got home my dad had fallen asleep in front of the TV and it was on again so I sat there and watched it for a little while.)

Well, I've been calling her Sister Ninja, myself (needless to say, I am also in love), but according to the BSG Wiki her name is Paulla.

(Also, from the same source, the characters I respectively referred to in my own reaction post as "Sister Babymama" and "Sister Nympho" are supposedly named Jeanne and Tracey Anne. Just in case you're curious.)
