I don't know how I feel about the end. I am bummed about Ruby being sent "far away" but I have a feeling that she'll be back. Bobby is the ultimate shit and I love him. I've come to the conclusion that Jim Beaver is the best actor on the show. Is it me or was Dean's entire "I'm yours" (accuracy check?) speech incredibly, incredibly Wincesty?

And finally, I'm not worried about Dean nor particularly moved. I don't know why. I've just been very removed from the show this entire season. I... *words fail me* Enjoy this fanmix! May it cheer you up!

It really sucked that I was watching with my fiance, a friend of ours, and my mom, because what I really wanted to do was scream SHIT loudly and clutch a pillow to my mouth. Instead I gasped and rolled into a ball on the couch. Not necessarily because of Dean, but just the whole actionactionactionSTOPdeathtearsend.

Bobby is the most amazing man ever. I want to be his niece or something. "Family goes farther than blood." Guh!

Hahaha, yeah I watch it with my parents and the Wincest conversation was like that with me. I had to hold back a giggle cause it was all serious and I definitely would have gotten looks for that. Hahaha.

Yeah, the whole "You're my weakspot. And I'm yours." thing was SO wincesty. And this show does it on purpose, man. Just watching "Playthings," they know what they're doing!

They really rushed the ending of that episode and really robbed it of its power, in my opinion. It wasn't very effective. :\

And I do agree with you. Far too rushed. But this show seems to be afraid of really carrying anything serially even for a few eps. Like in general terms, yes, but not detailed. It's just like WHAM there ya go! More or less.

Take it from someone who hasn't been removed from this show at all this season: I'm not either. It's like last year when Sam died, you knew Dean would save him somehow. Next season, Sam will save Dean, somehow (and I'm not to terribly convinced that was hell Dean was in, it was kind of...abstract, I mean I wasn't expecting fire and pitchforks, but...like I said, not horribly convinced).

Anyway, I don't know what I was expecting, but this episode had it's moments (the singing in the car and the 'keep fighting and take care of my car' convo) that I really liked, but overall it still felt like a, "Well, that happened" episode. I cried at the last scene (I'm very much a crier), but that was it. The thing about this show is that the core of it is Sam and Dean and their relationship. So it's hard to get too worked up over what's happened because you know that eventually Sam will bring Dean back. Somehow.

At least, that's me.

I wasn't moved by it too - my friend, who is sitting next to me, cried her eyes out, because she's such a Dean fangirl and I never really feeled attached to that show. I don't know, but I think that the previous finales were better - here I knew exactly what would happen and the crappy vision of hell didn't help it, unfortunately. ;)
