The funny thing is, it didn't even win the poll. I am amused.

In season 1 Sawyer called Claire "Mamacita". So you just kinda smoosh that in with Jawyer and you get Jawyercita.

obviously, the people who voted don't read slash. they were surprised by the first choice and voted that. because the other slash pairings are WAY MORE WEIRD, omg.

Right? I dunno, it looks like they're listed in order of ranking so who knows. My best guess is that it's because they're they two leading men. And to people who aren't aware of fic, that's like the cardinal sin or something.

I'm failing to see how Jack/Sawyer is winning when it is clearly the one that makes the most sense. I mean, Locke/Jin? Seriously? I can't even think of those two characters interacting.
