→ Could someone please explain, without using illustrative icons, the icons people are using with red scribbles around the mouth, black scribbles around the eyes, and the words "ha ha ha" scribbled somewhere on the icon. I'm not getting it and they are seriously fugly. (Thank you

→ I, ahem, obtained She & Him's Volume One yesterday. First listen? It's super cute. Zooey's voice is adorable and like
dayln03 said, some of the tracks remind me of Pushing Daisies. God, I love that show. I want it on DVD now but it doesn't come out until September? Boo. /off topic
Speaking of Zooey's voice. Does anybody remember the Sundance awards one year she and Jake Gyllenhaal sung a really tasteless but also awesome opening song? Babies in trashcans or something? I would love to see that again, even if it meant that it would prove to be less awesome than I remember.
→ Also obtained Coldplay's Viva la Vida. I'm really really liking a lot of these tracks. Then again I always like their stuff. But I find this especially catchy and happy inducing. Maybe it really will bring about world peace? Yeah, that's what happens when you read Spin magazine at work.
→ Passchendaele. I want to see it. Paul Gross looking better than ever? Caroline Dhavernas looking like she's doing a wonderful job in a role that looks light years away from Jaye? What is not to like? ( trailer embed )
