That fandom thing made me all Pushing Daisies nostalgic and I looked up quotes. *sigh* I love this show. Why is ABC run by a buncha silly-headed poop-faces?
Ned: "You're the only one for me."
Chuck: "I know you feel that now, but there are things you want, there's things we both want.
Ned: "So? Everyone wants stuff. We wake up every day with a list of wishes a mile long and maybe we spend our lives trying to make those wishes come true, but just because we want them doesn't mean we need them to be happy."
Chuck: "What do you need to be happy?"
Ned: "You."

Ned: "I'm not a ripper, I pull up a corner a little at a time and then run it under warm water and I pull it up a little more. It's a process."

→ Something I completely forgot to mention. I finally updated (almost) all my fic to Archive of Our Own --
slybrunette -- I don't know if we'll ever get more invites but if I do I'll offer them/it up first come first serve. → And, all of this reminds me, I kept meaning to post my lost fic battle 2009 stuff in my own journal because I like to keep it all here more or less. So here's that. I was particularly proud of both of these pieces.
