Hey, I just heard that version of Hey Ya on the radio last night. Mr. Z and I were trying to recall who did the original - it took a while, but we remembered.

I think this one might have been around for a while but I never saw it until an episode of Scrubs last season where they played a slow version like this. When I later looked it up on YouTube this song was in either related or a video response. I love it when artists turn a song on its head like that.

Hope you like On Palastine too. (I'm fairly sure that's how iTunes spells the name of the song, hehe.)

I was also reminded that when I was in Vancouver recently, Lou and I went to see Steve Carlson play and he did a killer version of Justin Timberlake's What Goes Around... Comes Around. Surprised the hell out of me.
