I just got word from lalla32 that Damien Rice has officially parted ways with Lisa Hannigan. Before, with the rumors, there was at least some hope. Now that it's official, I don't know how to express myself properly regarding this.

I feel like the Beatles just broke up.

I heard they've had a tumultuous relationship in the past. I'm not aware if they were romantically linked at all though - so I have no idea. We probably won't ever know until the "Behind the Music" comes out in a few years. (LMAO, do they still do those?)

Anyway I think it was a week ago or two weeks ago that Lisa left about a half hour before a show was supposed to start and hadn't been at any of the shows since. There was nothing official, just rumors and things people had heard at concerts.

But now here it is.

They made such beautiful music together.
