krickets→ Breakfast at the Shephard household is my favorite thing ever. Until we get interrupted by another phone call of course. Whatever. It was cute how both Jack and David were all chivalrous and whatnot when Claire came into the room. And she was adorable and sleepy.
→ Richard stayed behind to bury Alex! That's was sad and sweet and unexpected. ♥ Thank you show for that teeny bit of trivia.

→ I was pretty pissed about Ben killing Widmore over his misplaced anger at him for Alex. I have always and will continue to always blame Ben for Alex's death. No, he did not kill her but he had an opportunity to save her and he didn't. For the last time, shut up, Ben!
→ Why did we not see Claire on the island? This bothers me.
→ So Richard, His Immortal Hotness gets the suckiest on screen death ever? I am displeased. Plus, I thought he couldn't die? Or is that deal no longer valid since Richard doubted? Or since Jacob died? Who knows. [The answer could possibly be in one of the 5 episodes I still haven't caught up on.]
→ I hope Claire is at this damn concert -- and then she goes into labor, while stuck in an elevator, with KATE! No seriously, I'm just kidding. I know we have all had it up to "here" with birth scenes. But how much you wanna bet that we see baby Aaron being born a second time? Hahahah.
→ I liked Jacob telling Kate that he scratched her name off because she became a mother -- but that she could still have the job if she wanted. I don't know why but that made me happy.
→ I was also kind of disappointed that after being so emotional Kate totally accepted Jacob's BULLSHIT reason why all her friends died.
→ I was kind of pissed that Jack and Sawyer didn't fight over who got to take Jacob's place. However, I was actually ready for all four of them to stand up. It would have been nice to get a sense of group unity after six fucking years. No go, though.
→ I like Ana Lucia.
→ Why does everyone think sideshow Desmond is not awesome? Cause I think he's kind of awesome. He's the only thing making this shit interesting.
→ Ben and Danielle? OMG HOW MUCH DO I NOT CARE? Especially after what he did to them in the island 'verse? PLEASE. Someone needs to stab him in the fucking neck.
→ So could give a shit about the island light or why Esau needs Desmond or any of that shit. I just want to see how this ends for the people I still actually care about.

I watched last week's episode today on the DVR right before. I was um... underwhelmed with the episode. But I think that's an understatement. It felt like a bullshit explanation for Jacob and the island and Esau [Not!Locke] and their feud and all that. And Adam&Eve! I was kind of hoping it would be some characters we actually care about or that would make us go "oh, of course!" or "oh, how sad!" Instead of... well, "meh."

When Arzt's death gets more screentime than Richard's, there's a problem. One can assume Jacob's death made Richard mortal again. Then again Jacob looked pretty damn corporal tonight.

When Kate got shot a couple weeks ago, I was all of a sudden worried about her safety and who was gonna get her on/off the sub and who was attending to her wound, which led me to the revelation that I give a damn, which means I must like Kate again. Dammit.

I don't know why he doesn't creep me out. Maybe it's because I feel like Desmond is a good person and I trust him. Whereas with Ben... well even just generally speaking he's just downright creepy and untrustworthy.
It was cute. Kind of made me wonder where all the Kate/Sayid shippers went. lol.

Well apparently half of fandom is crossing their fingers that he's not dead, so I guess we'll all have to wait until Sunday to see. If that was indeed his death, I would have liked for it to be slightly more heroic and less "for nothing." And I would have liked for him to have a moment where he accepts what's coming to him because lord knows he's been evading death for so long. Finally realizing he's going to die and the time is now SHOULD be an intense moment... [unless you're Lost, and then you just whoosh the character away in less than a second.]
