Well I can prompt it but IDK if anyone will write it! I did see a Claire/Jack prompt over there so maybe I will write that. I am trying to think of prompts myself at the moment... haven't gotten to the looking at prompts or writing stage yet lol

Game of Thrones? I don't think I would enjoy that show. I tried to watch the first episode or so. Couldn't get into it. But I have so many people IRL telling me how much they love it. It's like peer pressure city.
IDK if this was your issue, but I quit after the first episode because I was pissed about/couldn't handle the eroticized sexual assault (first the white-hair guy groping his sister, then her getting raped by her husband (both of which were played partially for revulsion but also partially for arousal)) and the ridiculous racism about the Brown Savages. But, after that, there's only one eroticized dub con scene (I think in the next episode?) that I didn't feel was as bad, and the racism gets way toned down (though not absent). Plus the OMG BACKSTORY BORING and OMG TOO MANY CHARACTERS WHO ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE of it gets a lot better, plus you actually aquire a couple characters you like and care about (incl white-haired-1st-ep-victim-girl, who becomes badass).
IDK, I'm thankful for the peer pressure I got because I gave it a second chance and then really liked it. But, yeah, it was super weird after the first ep to have all these ppl being all "but it's so great" and feeling like, "um, no, it really wasn't..." (but then, neither was TVD in its first ep)
Well yeah the gross sexual assault stuff aside, Kings and Queens bore me, in a general sense. Not as a hard and fast rule, but just mostly. That's gonna be a problem with a show called Game of Thrones.
If I end up watching it, I think I'll read the first book first.
