Any questions?
(Real reaction post tomorrow. When I've re-watched and re-absorbed. Feel free to leave spoilery comments.)
OH! And by the way? THIS FIC is awesome. Someone wrote little missing scene/post ep fics for every episode this season. And I love them for it.

Out of the 3 that took the elevator only one has shown themselves to be violent in the past, and Linden said that it was a passive way to kill someone, so that might just eliminate Chief Jackson (who is known to be violent, not passive) despite the method being more typically female, and her possibly being the killer in a previous murder. I don't think we've seen enough of Ames for it to have been him; we are not invested in his character at all; however, the fact that his wife runs most of the businesses does suggest a passive personality... he might be a possibility, but I don't like it.
Either way, we will find out next Sunday!
I know that this season isn't even over, but I'm looking forward to what they will do next season when the case changes and most of the supporting cast as well.
and Linden & Holder still living together because she has yet to find herself her own apartmentno subject
