Basically the only thing keeping me watching this show for a very long time (the past two seasons at least) is how much I ship these assholes:

I know. I know. I'm not right and I'm setting myself up for disappointment. But at this point, being a person who apparently still watches this show despite everything, I am not really in a position to care. About either point. I can't help myself.

I am GUTTED that Sookie took her invitation away and Eric is no longer allowed inside her home. I was all O.O Wha...What?! Where are my make-out scenes and gorgeous sex scenes? *pouts*

I am really torn on the Jessica/Bill scenes. He comes off as the abusive father and she's the lonely daughter just looking for love. I dunno. Do you think they'll ship these two together? Hard to say. I heard that Sookie has a new love interest this season. Not interested tbh.

I didn't react to that so much. I am sure something interesting will come of that decision. I'm more confused and upset by Jason's actions to be honest.

I don't know. I don't see Bill as abusive to Jessica at all, but that's just me. I have no expectations that they'll happen on the show. I always ship the wrong things! But then I think... this is True Blood! Anything can happen!

Maybe not abusive towards her but I think about her start on the show having an abusive father and Bill is taking on that kind of role. He's something to be feared now since it appears he can't die in the usual ways. He scares other people and just watching that scene where he tucks her into bed gave me the shivers.

That's very true. I wouldn't be surprised if things do go more romantic between them.

YUP. I don't watch the show anymore (more due to a lack of time/cable than anything) but I've shipped them all along (them and Eric/hotness or Eric/Sookie, you know, whatever he wants). It's such a dysfunctional, angsty relationship but it would be such awesome television.
