I think I gotta say that my very first OTP was probably on a soap opera because my mom watched both Days of Our Lives and (the superior, in my opinion) Another World. Though I can't remember which couples I was invested in. I kind of hated Days of Our Lives though, so I am sure it doesn't count. The first REAL OTP that I remember like, actively rooting for and messing around online with and writing fic for was definitely Pacey and Joey of Dawson's Creek.
