Date: 2014-04-28 12:50 pm (UTC)The first that came to mind was Claire/Charlie on Lost especially because of how it was almost completely Charlie-driven and how Claire was just this object of his desires and not a real character. Yeah, that one gets me.
Another that I can't get behind is Damon/Anyone on The Vampire Diaries after his abuse of both Caroline and Andie (Andi?). That put him squarely in the "no" category for pretty much any ship, for me personally. I realize this puts me in the minority on that show, but I just can't feel any other way about him.
I wish I had better answers, these seem so old hat for me!

Basically my favorite and most "fluffy" (read: kind of not fluffy) dream for them is when they are centuries-long friends-with-benefits who aren't exclusive, coming in and out of each others un-lives and always finding their way back to each other at meaningful moments in a "you get me when no one else does/we can pick up right where we left off/I never worry about you but I worry about you" sort of way. So in that way they kind-of are exclusive because none of the others really matter? It isn't always fluffy, sometimes it's messy and sometimes they're bad together. In my head-canon Caroline is the only person he can safely be bad with. Darn, now I want to write them.
What are your favorite BSG ship(s) AUs?
Ellen/Sam is my number one but most of my ships on this show were firmly in the non-canon. Sam is heavily featured in my non-canon/AU pairings actually. Sam/Galen, Sam/Duck (a character most don't even remember!), Sam/Leoben or Sam/Leoben/Kara. He's so shippable, that boy. I also really had a secret thing for Jammer/Cally post New Caprica arc where he rescued her from the execution squads.

Do you mean Caprica? I think they had a cool dynamic but have never given any thought as to how they originally got together. I never thought about it at the time but him getting together with Cally is pretty twisted for many reasons, not the least of which because she's the one who shot Boomer. I had so much sympathy for Boomer and still did at the end even when she went a little cray cray.
Why do you like Pacey/Joey?
How can you not? I loved their banter and their friendship and their collective outcast-ness. I was pretty much exactly the characters' age when the show was airing so there's this strong adolescent/nostalgia surrounding that pairing that I know I'll never be able to shake. Same with My So-Called Life and those characters even though I was in middle school when that was airing. (Wow, OLD!) Plus I am pretty sure there's a part of me that will always be in love with Pacey Witter, haha.
Who do you ultimately ship Katherine Pierce with?
Ultimately? It's so hard to choose! Either Stefan or Elijah. I'm disappointed there wasn't some kind of Elijah tie-in with her ultimate death or at least a final goodbye. I guess they used Stefan to fill that roll in that case. Which I am okay with, but I would have liked to see both. In general and firmly in the non-canon/AU, I ship her with lots of the boys. Jeremy especially for the dirty-bad-wrongness of it. And Tyler because I feel like she would enjoy messing with his dark side.
Who would have the following the following personality/place in the 3TP of Stefan/Caroline/Tyler: Dominant, submissive, peacekeeper?
Oh I don't know if these guys fit into those roles as nicely as I would like. I feel like it would be more fluid,, Stefan can fill all three roles easily whenever necessary. Caroline could go back an forth between dominant and peacekeeper, and Tyler would be both dominant and submissive depending on the day and his level of angst, haha.
Who is your favorite ship with Alex Karev from Grey's?
I know it's wrong but Arizona Robbins, hands down. They really back-burnered their friendship after the plane crash and I was super bummed about that. Of course I love their friendship (when the writers remember they're friends!!) and I know most fans of the show probably think I'm crazy, but I just want them to have a banter-y/store-room-y affair. Is that so wrong? I kinda just wanted Alex to be Arizona's friends-with-benefits a la Callie and Mark.

Date: 2014-04-28 12:57 pm (UTC)Ohh HoD is so hard. Basically I would like to see Wade in a relationship with any regular females (not related to Zoe Hart), especially Lemon. (Ugh they have had so many opportunities to make it happen and they just veer off into outer-space any time I think there is a chance of it happening!) I loved Tansy and wouldn't mind them getting back together. Basically Wade/Anybody (including Zoe).
That being said I really had a thing for all of the angst that Lemon/Lavon had at the beginning, but they've kind of killed that for me by giving Lavon a lot of "super serious" relationships with absolutely zero build up. It's pretty clear to me that the show isn't really going to treat him the way I would prefer and so that's kind of over for me.
Annnnd...
Tansy/George. Because she's the only one that makes George not irritating to me.
Basically.
And of course Brick/Shelby. :(
