→ I think I'm going to make this pasta carbonara today. elohvee linked to the recipe a little while ago and I have been wanting to make it ever since. I don't have the right kind of pasta, but I do have those cute bowties (which are not called bowties, actually) and so I think that will make a good substitute.

→ This post is going to be shorter than I intended.

I had a discussion with a friend of mine at work and we both agreed that 'bowtie' pasta is by far the most superior type of pasta.
