I think for me it was more of an "oh my gosh this is GOING to be such a good series" feeling. The episode itself was a great set-up, but not "blow me a away" good.

Timothy Olyphant is fun to watch. I've missed him since Deadwood. I'm with you - I'm hoping for good things w/this show.

I agree. I never did watch Deadwood, but I've loved him in pretty much everything I've seen him in. I haven't seen everything he's done and I know there are some stinkers -- but he's always fun to watch, as you said.
