Yes, I'm so lazy I made breakfast the night before. [This is what I've resorted to since being on the morning shift.] They are going in my toaster in the morning.

WELL, you can. I sort of just had this discussion with someone else. If we have leftover pancakes my "preferred" method of reheating is to toast them. Works awesome!

You could also nuke them I suppose. [And obviously larger pancakes may be a problem -- in the toaster that is.]

I have never had leftover pancakes. Like, legit no shit. Mostly because nuking them doesn't seem like an awesome plan and I had never even thought of the toaster.

Well they make those frozen pancakes that you can toast. Kind of like frozen waffles.

That's probably where I got the idea however many eons ago when I started doing it.

making the batter the day before is what my mom does (I am too lazy to cook breakfast myself). Toasting them is a revolutionary idea for me, save from the frozen ones. true that we do more crêpes than pancakes (a quarter of an inch thick, so it would not go over so well in the toaster!)
