It's about a family, an ex-con, an MMA gym and it's owners and some of its fighters. It's a sports show in the same way FNL was a sports show, which is to say it's really not. Like 10-15%. It's actually a drama and a very good one. I wish I was better at summing things up and that I had more time. (Gotta log off real quick.) But just know it's fabulous and has a stellar cast.
