I really miss when LJ was a thing and there were fic happenings and stuff all the time. It was good times.

Anyone know of any good ficathons/comment fic things happening this summer?

I should run one but I don't know if I have the flist power to make people come to it.

If you're not in it, I'd highly suggest comment_fic; daily discussion and prompts, really great community vibe. I did a guest hosting for a week earlier in the summer and I've got another in October and they're awesome. Also! If you like challenge/team comms, a_war_of_roses is a great new one (getting ready to start 2nd round - I'm on Team Red Rose!) based on historical fandoms :)
